I purchased Ambitions online a while ago and just realized my problem. It is my only game that I have bought online. It shows up in my game and I can play with it, but there is no trace that I bought it from neither Origin or the Sims 3 website. Both of the websites want me to purchase it again, but I already have it. I just wanted to make sure its in my purchase history (and I have the registration code) in case I get a new computer. Can someone please tell me where I can find evidence of me buying it?

@korrynrj2000 What does it say in your Origin game library? Click on the TS3 icon, then More > Expansion Packs; Ambitions will be right at the top. Does the button say Play, Details, Buy Now, or something else? If this is where it's asking you to buy again, try clearing Origin's cache.

If that doesn't help, you'll want to contact EA customer service to make sure there's nothing wrong with your code. It's better to check now than later. Sometimes codes get blocked or otherwise go missing, and only a support rep can track them down.
