Not showing in Orgin

I bought a game with the receival of the order summary/order confirmation by email. But the game is not showing in Origin.

sometimes they don't show up immediately specifically  if Origin was open at the time  log out of Origin and back in this will refresh the games tab when you log back in. also make sure the payment went through  by checking your online bank/paypal account if all is well there and the game has not shown up contact CS and or that the right account was logged into if one has more than one account
