Hello anyone, who can help me.
I have The Sims 3 a long time now. Two years back I could download without any problem content off the game.
I deinstalled it after a while.
and now I was in the mood to play Sims 3 back, but when I try to download the content off the Homepage. My launcher jumps up, but further doesn't do anything, the download even show up.
If anyone could help me.. please? I tried many 'solutions' that I've trying around the internet but apperently not yet found succes.
Greetings Tim.

Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)
Here's a list of programs that are known to cause a conflict: https://help.ea.com/article/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin
Good Luck

Hi
Try clearing your browsers cache or using another browser to download from.
Log in to your The Sims 3 account on the store, click on Store > My Store Account > Purchased History.
Select only one item at a time to download, wait for it to appear in the launcher, once it does move on to the next one that you want to download. After all the items that you want to download are in the Launcher, select them and click on Install. This might take some time so wait patiently until a window that says Installer appears in your screen saying that the items were installed with success.

I tried using Internet explorer (default), Google Chrome and now Firefox.
The Launcher pops up, but doesn't do anything for the rest.
I cleared my cache on internet explorer and that didn't work either.
In the past I had never had trouble of this.

Well, a big thanks you guys. I deleted my AVG and I changed to another antivirus program...
AND it worked.
Many thanks, I couldn't never figured that out by myself!
