No serial code for sims 3 island paradise digital download

I just bought the sims 3 digital download of island paradise from origin and it prompted me for a serial code saying it'll be in the confirmation email but it wasn't so where do I find it?

How did you buy the game ? Through Origin ? Then you should find the code in your game library when clicking on the product

Serial code = product code = registration code.

I had the same problem. The registrantion code only showed up in the game's info panel after i had logged out of origin and then logged back in, so you could try that and hopefully it works for you too.
