Good evening...
Because I bought a new computer, I want to put the games again:
a.  The Sims 3 (BAsic)
b.  The Sims 3 Seasons
c.  The Sims 3 Pets
What I have to do?

Install the Origin client on your new computer.

http://www.origin.com/us/download

Sign in with your old username and password.

Download your titles from the My Games folder.

Install.

The Expansion packs PETS and SEASONS are downloading with origin.....

The Sims 3 (Basic) is not downloading.....

Message: ''The serial number is used'' Why? I have not download the game....

  I was assuming the process would be the same as SimCity. Are the game and expansions present in your My Games folder or were they purchased on different accounts?

  The 'serial number is used' message would suggest the code is registered. The game would then be activated on a specific account where it could be downloaded. No code would be necessary.

It is possible the code is used up. Have you deactivated previous installations? SecuROM allows only so many activations (3 to 5?) before requiring a new license. If you have exceeded the activation limit you will need to contact EA customer service.
