My sims 3 game isnt working !!!

I have had Sims 3 for ages now, I got a new laptop along with 2 expansion packs seasons and generations. When I installed it to my new laptop it worked fine then it had some problems and every time I load my save it gets to the same point each time then says Sims 3 is not responding and that windows will notify me of possible solutions. So I de-installed and re-installed it, it worked and now it is coming up with the same thing HELP!!!! I have tried most things I have ran it as the administrator but I think this has made it worse please please please HELP
