My game wont show in the "My Games" tab [ Edited ]

I double checked to see if i purchased my game and i have the reciept. (PC Download)  I tried reloading my game, i reinstalled origin, and i logged in and out. I looked in my files in my computer and it says there are no downloads from origin. How can i get my game? (Sims 3 Seasons)

For all questions about your purchases, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone, chat or email as contact option.
