My dog ate my Sims 3

★★★ Novice

Literally. He is still a puppy and the poor thing is teething. Ate my Sims 3 Seasons among a few of my Wii games and boyfriend's XBox games. Like... ate the discs. Not sure how that settled with him. Anyway, Seasons is my most recent expansion. And I need a disc to play. Is there anyway around this?

if  seasons is registired in origin uninstall the seasons game via control panel then search for any files and left over registry keys then you can downlaod the digital version of your game amke abac up copy of your saved games (just in case as sometimes they can go missing)

if you still  have the code then try the redeem code option in origin in or if you have no access to your code then you will need to contact CS

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
See this post if you have trouble with the site: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2012/10/how-to-contact-ea.html
