My Sims age keeps resetting

So I have a teenager that has 5 days till she ages up, but then out of nowhere it changes to 13 days till she ages up. At first I ignored it but, then again once she reached 7 days it reset again to 13 days till she ages up. Please help this is a reoccurring problem that I'd like to fix
