My Sim not using a vehicle?!?!

My sim has a vehicle for his own but he's using a taxi to go around town, I even put the vehicle in his inventory but he doesn't use it. This has to be bugged.

When the car is in the inventory, have you tried clicking on it and selecting "Go to community lot" ?

Yep, but he still uses the taxi

Did you set the car as your preferred vehicle ?
