Moving a sims how to go back to old town?

So I moved my sims 3 to a new town...how do I go back to the previous town? What if I don’t save a copy or (something similar) when they asked and continued to move them to the new city anyways? How do I get everything back if I deleted the town now(it been 4-5 months now)?
