Missing SimPoints??

I had about 6.000-7.000 simpoints or so. i bought sunlit tides, the gold version, for idk how much but 3k something. so there should be some left. I had planned to buy some other stuff too, but i dont have any simpoints left, a big fat zero.....

It has been a few days since it happened now, and i haven't done anything about it because i just assumed it was a technical error or something like that. What should i do? I tried searching for people with a similar problem, but cant seem to find a solution. Please help! :o
