Recently my game crashed, when I try to load the family again the bar just stops right at the end and gets stuck there. Other games can be loaded though. I've made a factory reset, and got rid of save files and used the backup save files. I've been looking through lots of forums and it seems it is a common problem. However nothing people suggest seems to work, as the game is still stuck when loading, (i don't think it's frozen because the game tips at the bottom still change).
Is there another reason it doesn't work, or is my save file "broken" beyond repair ? I'm using a mac btw. if that makes any difference.
