I recently had to get my Mac wiped because of a software glitch, and after reinstalling the Sims 3 when I press the play button a window pops up that says "license limit for this product has been reached." Before my computer was wiped, I didn't have any problems running my sims games, and I don't have them installed on any other computer. Are there any solutions to "license limit reached?" Please help!

I believe there is a limit of five installations before the game code gets "locked". You will need to contact EA Customer Services in order to resolve this one.
