@PokadoxZ No, sorry, the mascot is a special kind of NPC sim and can't be successfully brought into the active household. I'm not even sure if it's a proper sim at all; some, like the Grim Reaper and Emit the time traveler, don't have enough data to be considered full sims.
If you're interested in the mascot's outfit or some other feature it has, I'm sure there's some custom content out there that you could use.
