I upgraded my computer to Windows 8 and lost my Sims 3 Registration Code. Is there a way to find it?

This happened to me. I used Belarc Advisor on an older image of before I upgraded and it showed me the serials I had for all the games I had installed, not just the sims. Hope this helps.
