Installation problems

I have completed the original product download. I purchased Sims 3 for my Mac. However, the code to register and begin to play the game does not appear to be included in the confirmation email. I am at a loss.

see if this will work for you log into your origin account right click the game icon-show game details your code should be there if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload the game then right click the game icon-show game details make a note of your code have pen and paper handy
