I have not been able to activate my Sims 3 game. The same happens with my expansion packs. I keep getting the same message: "The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."
I have done it many times and I cannot activate it. I would like to redeem my points and without activation I cannot do it.
Please, help. Thanks.

For everything account/serial code related, you need to contact Customer Support.
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. Make sure you have a game, a category and a platform selected for the options to become available.
For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
