@smokeyrose911  Where are you trying to redeem the code? Did you try thesims3.com - my page - my account - redeem code? Usually an invalid code error means you entered the code wrong (like a B for an 8, etc). Sometimes copy and paste will copy unseen characters and give an invalid code. Try the thesims3.com my page and then download HS for the store purchase history.
