I paid for recent game and tried playing

I paid for recent game and tried playing on origin and it won't play says error then either you click restart origin or exit tried so many times and still wont work I am getting really fed up now and trying communicate with anyone from EA even followed the email still no luck , does anyone have decent solution or how I get a refund
