I need help please from an EA advisor or someone

I bought a new game: The Sims 3 and when they ask for the code and i put it in they keep telling me the code is invalid....I Double check to see if its a wrong key i'm pressing but i'm typing everything correct....

Please HELP!!!

Did you buy the disk or on Origin ?
