I cannot get into purchase history on the sims 3 website.

I get to the page it pops up with asking for my email and password, i enter them in (correctly) and it just forever loads and never directs me to my page. I really want to download my sims 3 university bonus content but I can't. Help meee! :P

It could just be your internet or EA's servers, but it seemed to load fine for me right now. 

Try clearing your browser caches and/or just trying another internet browser all together (i.e., if you usually use IE, try Firefox or Chrome, etc.)
