I can't login into the Sims3 launcher

I can't login in Sims3 into the launcher in Origin but, I did login couple days ago with the same password info. It's letting me play without login but I had stuff that I cant access. It's said "Not logged in". I reset the Browser, clear cookies but nothing, please help.

I got a case num #45204908 but the chat won,t load. And when I click on "I forgot my password" its taking me to the EA page. In the EA page I can see the Game Specific ID but "no connected accounts".

@mw5868  Did you specifically clear the cache for Internet Explorer?  Even if you never use it, the launcher does for some purposes.  Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites as well.

What stuff can't you access if you don't login?  It shouldn't be an issue—all of your content is supposed to be installed into your game folder.  If you're referring to the gallery, you can download content from the store site, install it, and then play while logged out.
