I had no problem downloading University Life, Generations, Fast Lane, Pets and Showtime, they automatically downloaded through origin when i redeemed my codes and then downloaded them in purchase history. But when i redeemed my codes for date night, hidden springs and monte vista and wanted to download them in purchase history nothing happens. I cant get them to download. A new page opens on the internet but nothing downloads on my computer or on origin. Can you help?

@hoejtved519 The content you've listed needs to be downloaded from the Sims 3 store, not Origin, and installed via the Sims 3 launcher. Go to https://store.thesims3.com/ and login with your Origin credentials, then click Store > My Store Account > Purchase History. You should see the Date Night set and the two worlds listed. It's best to download each one separately and then install it before moving on to the next item, as the world files are quite large.
If the items don't appear in your purchase history, you should be able to download them directly from their individual pages. If you see a blue Download button on the right side of the screen, that means the item is free.

While you're there, you can also download Riverview, which is free for anyone with a registered copy of TS3:

@hoejtved519 With store content, you can download the items you own as many times as you want, so it's not a problem to keep trying until it works. In this case, the first thing I'd try is downloading directly from the product page of each item that isn't working. And make sure your launcher is open before you press Download. (It's not always necessary, but sometimes it helps.)
If that doesn't make a difference, clear your browser cache. Or your could try a different browser; neither Safari nor Chrome works particularly well with the store. I use Firefox, and I've never had an issue.
If this doesn't help either, drag your entire TS3 game folder out of Documents and onto your desktop. Launch the game—no need to go past the Main Menu—and a clean folder will spawn with no content. Try downloading into this folder. You don't need to install anything; just move the newly downloaded files (inside Downloads in the new folder) into your old game folder, trash the new game folder, and put your old one back. Then you can open the launcher yourself and install the content.
Also, while you're troubleshooting, be sure to only download one file at a time. Once it's finished, you can download the next one. But the launcher is easily overwhelmed, especially when dealing with large world files.
