I can't download anything from the Exchange Store - The Sims 3

Every time I try to download something from the exchange store, the downloads on the item goes up, but it does not show up in my downloads launcher. I am on a PC that has XP. I need help asap!

Which browser are you using ? Have you tried a different one ?

Are you trying save file or add to game ?

I was using Google Chrome. I was trying to add things to the game. I ended up uninstalling the entire game because I was having too much problems.

1. make sure your logged in correctly

2. try re-boot your pc

3. make sure game and origion is up to date

4. contact game adminstrators
