I can´t access my messages

On The Sims 3 Store, when I click on My Messages icon, Liam appears. Every time!!! Did it happen to anyone else?
The System Messages are global messages that everyone gets. Unfortunately, if you are not in the US, you can't read those, although you get a warning that you have one.
You can check this thread: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Information-System-Messages-on-thesims3-com/td-p/477694/ to see what the messages say (they are for everyone)
If you are in the us, try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser
