I bought the $20 bundle with mystery item, I went to purchase two items but ended up being the same item on both pages by accident. I clicked to buy and end up buying 2 of the same item. I wish to know what I can do to get my sim points back for the second purchase.
The item was worth 1,200 - it was on sale and was the Farm Fresh Folk Set. (sale ends 9/12/2013)

you will need to contact CS a sonly they can look at your account and handle refunds

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
