I had Sims 3 plus many expansions on my origin account and now I can't find it? What can I do?

@madilee123 Please make sure you're logging into the correct Origin account (it's happened before). If this is the right account, you can try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself "the hard way." This wouldn't affect your TS3 install.

If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone on that end can take a look at your account. Disappearing packs can mean that EA has blocked the content, sometimes by mistake, and sometimes due to bad codes. But the only way to find out, and to fix it if this is a mistake, is to contact support.
