I Can't Log In To Download a Recent Purchase From The SIMS 3 Store

Hi. I'm having trouble logging in to download a recent purchase in the SIMS 3 Store. I have gone and reset my information, and I can log in to the Store, but, when I try to log in to download the purchase, it goes right back to the log in page. Is there a problem on your end? I had no trouble earlier. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

@tinkermaster1  If you can log into the store did you try the purchase history? Where are you trying to log in?
