@APHLittleDenmark Sometimes the launcher acts up, and you need to restart your computer (maybe more than once) to get it working again. If that doesn't help, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't work either, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and then reinstall.

The other possibility is that your packs have been deactivated. This could be a mistake, but if you bought the packs from an unauthorized third-party seller, you might have received bad codes. For the past two years, EA has been cancelling such codes, sometimes months or years after they were registered, and even though the players usually didn't know anything was wrong with their purchases.
To find out if this is what's happened to you, and to fix any mistake, you'll need to contact EA customer support so that someone can look at your account.
