So I bought a new computer today and I want to install sims 3 on it, so I uninstalled it from my old computer and tried to redeem the code on origin and it told me the code was already in use. I was like, Yeah, I know, but I uninstalled it! SO CONFUSED . Please help me!

Do the games not show in myGames to download on the Origin client ? There's no need to redeem the codes again. Simply download the Origin client, log in and download from there.
If they don't show up, you need to contact customer support

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
