How Can I change my email address for the sims 3 and the username??? Please answer cause it wont let me chat live or email them for some reason

I don't think it's possible for you to change your Username.

You can change your e-mail here : https://www.origin.com/us/account

You can also change your Origin ID, but it will not change your thesims3.com username. Sorry

EDIT : You can try to contact EA Help, if you're lucky, you will talk with a nice operator who will accept to change your thesims3.com username. Don't hesitate to try several times

i went to orgin.com and went to account settings. You can change your user name and password there but not your email.

To update your email address, just contact us and select Origin as your Product, Account Management as your Category, your respective platform--if you don't know what to put here, PC is a good choice, as the Origin Client is accessible through your PC--and one of our advisors will be able to quickly help you with your change.

My Girlfriend uses the sims account and doesnt like my user....so it would help to be able to change it
