@xpraiseunicornx  Dragon Valley is a store world, so you need to download it from the Sims 3 Store, either directly from its product page or from your purchase history.

Just login with the same account details you used when you bought it, and you should be able to download it again, for free.  If it's not in your purchase history and not free on its product page, make sure you're still using the same account as before.  If you're not sure, hopefully you haven't uninstalled TS3 from your old computers.  If it's still on one of them, go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads and look for a file labeled [your email].bin; that's the email address you used when you downloaded store content.

If none of this helps, you'll need to contact EA customer support.  It would be helpful to have proof of purchase or ownership, like a receipt or a photo of a disc copy of Dragon Valley, along with the insert with the code printed on the back.

For Seasons, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact EA support to get things sorted out.

For Medieval, I don't really know what the procedure is, but the first thing I would check is whether it's on a different Origin account.  Medieval codes are like other game codes in that once they've been registered, they can't be used again, even on the same account.  If you're trying to download through Origin though, you shouldn't need a code—Origin itself should validate your ownership, by virtue of the game already being in your game library.

At any rate, this mess is the kind of thing that happens when people have more than one Origin account.  If this is the case for you, EA support may be willing to merge your accounts.  The one problem is that store content usually doesn't transfer from one account to the other, so anything owned by the account that's disappearing will likely be gone.

I don't work for EA. I'm just trying to help fellow players with their games.
