Do you still have your serial code ?
If so and you're not on a mac, you can redeem it on Origin: https://help.ea.com/article/obtaining-a-replacement-registration-code
If you don't have it anymore, you need to contact Customer Support.
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
