Having issues downloading a sims 3 EP onto a new laptop [ Edited ]

A while back I purchased an online download of the Sims 3 Supernatural. This is the only game I've purchased online; I have a disk for the based game and all my other EPs. Recently I my three year old laptop broke, and I bought a new one. So I've been trying to redownload all my games. Here's the issue. The pack doesn't show up as one of my purchased games on my Origin account. I found the serial code in a Word Document recovered from my old laptop, but when I try and register the game on Origin it tells me the code is invalid. It is possible I purchased the game using an account one of my parents had created. It was more than two years ago that I purchased the game, so I don't remember the details. How would I go about resolving this issue?
