I bought hidden springs last week and for some reason I can't access the hidden springs page to download it from even after going through the instructions several times.

have you checked your purchase history if you can download from there ?

If it's not there yet, try this page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html and choose redeem a code to enter your code.

I bought the product from a game store in Australia.

I cant access the page thesim3.com/hiddensprings because it claims 404 page not found and it says that i should access that page in the instrustions.
