@annaandarbor  Did you buy the game through Origin, Steam, or some other source?  Are we talking about the base game or a pack?  I believe that Origin no longer issues codes for packs; they're credited to your library automatically.  If you don't see the pack there, try clearing Origin's cache and restarting your computer.
