Graphic Bug [ Edited ]

Good evening,

I do not know how to describe my bug so here it is in picture :

And that's how it since version 1.29. But here, it's much worse because even the native objects of the game no longer displayed.
To install the addon animals & Co., I had to update the game to version 1.33.
Without this update, the basic game running smoothly.

BUT, with the update ... The basic game contains graphic bug!

I tried, I removed the custom content (rather off), same for the folder "mods" ... but this problem still images that appear strangely ...
By disabling the firewall, the catalyst and the virus problem is still there.

I contacted twice the Help Center EA but no advice has been able to find answer to my problem.

Today my game is updated in the wrong version

Are your drivers up-to-date ?

Only other advice that I have is to delete the cache files: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/faq-delete-your-cache-files.html

There's also a folder called thumbnails. Move that to the desktop.

My driver are up-to-date of the date of the 5 august 12.

Sorry but your first link is "page not found" :manfrustrated: But i think tha i have already delete the cache files one day but no changment.

But i will make that you said.

I have certainly make an error .... : "echec de l'initialisation du service (0x075dcbb)"

My base game is in Origin (EA)

Service Initialization Error

Problem

When starting the game I get the error message: Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (some number).

Suggestions

This problem is usually caused by broken registry references or corrupt user data.

There are several things you can try:

• Update your Windows .net Framework  and make sure it's turned on.
• Make sure your Windows is up-to-date
• Clean you Registry with CCleaner 
• Defragment your computer.
• Reinstall your game .
• Run the game/launcher as Administrator. 
• Make sure you have enough disk space.
