Games wont download from origin

I recently restored my computer and i downloaded origin again. I tried to download my sims 3 games but it would stay on preparing forever then when it got to start downloading it would stay on 0% then just stop and go back to preparing to download. Any ideas what's wrong? is it just my computer or is there something wrong with origin?

Did you update Origin yesterday ? It seems they have (had ?) some issues.

You might wanna try again, if you still have the issue, your best bet is probably to contact Customer Support.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
