Game won't save and then crash ... If I have more than 4 floors

Can someone please help me ?

I have the Sims 3 PC with the Seasons expansion pack.

I have a brand new HP ( MODEL # P7-1240 ) desktop with the AMD A10 processor, a 512 MB graphic card, 10 GB of memory, etc ...

Now, I have built this enormous mansion, but if I have more than four floors, and go and save the game at the end of the night, the game will crash ... But if I go back down to three floors, and save the game, it will save fine. 

My friend and I have tried bringing the graphic setting all the way down to the minimum and it does the same thing.
