Game Starting Help

I've loaded several sims3 games onto my Windows computer. It's always worked before, but lately it won't let me play.
Even when the game disc is in the computer. I hit the play button and it says that the process cannot be started because there is no game disc in the drive. I've tried several different Sims games that I have uploaded to my computer, and they all say this. I am very agrivated that I cannot play my game. I need help with this please.

Whid DVD did you put in ? You always need the one from the latest expanison pack.
