Feature Transfer Error: The Sims 3 Seasons

HELP! I just bought The Sims 3 Seasons and I am on a limited account on my computer, which meant I couldn't install it normally with Windows XP, so I changed the compatibility to Windows 95. When it was installing, a message poped up saying 'Feature Transfer Error: File: C:\ InstallShield Installation Information\{3DE92282-CB49-81BF-94E5B380E889}\ Error: Access is denied.

Can you offer any help and solutions? Thanks!

You need admin rights to install. Your computer seems to deny you the rights to install this game.
