Expansion Pack not showing up as purchased in app

I bought an expansion pack for Sims 3 off the Origin website. The website only gives me an option to "Play on Origin" - I can't download it. I open Origin, and the application shows that I haven't purchased it.

 

What can I do from here? Am I missing where I can download it? It shows up as purchased on the site but not on the app - I've downloaded the newest versions of the Origin app, and tried un-installing to re-stall - nothing. 

 

Please help. Otherwise I'll just ask for a refund but I'd like to play it.

@agmerk  When you uninstalled Origin, you might have missed its cache files.  Clearing these could help.

If you want to try uninstalling again, here's a guide on how to remove everything Origin-related from your computer.  (Use "the hard way."

Keep in mind that it sometimes takes a few hours, or maybe even a day, for a purchase to show up in your Origin library.  If you still aren't seeing it though, you could contact EA to make sure that the pack was added to your account and not someone else's by mistake.
