Exchange Problems - The Sims 3 Pets Xbox 360

Hi there,

I cannot get the exchange to work on my game. When I press the 'y' button to contact the EA servers it comes up with an error message saying that it cannot reach the EA servers, try again later. I am definitely connected to Xbox Live but this keeps happening.

How about sims 3 xbox?

@DHiggins123 as far as I understand, all online services for console Sims 3 are not longer available.
