Email associated with Sims3 Registration Code Hijacked. Unable to upload or download CC

I'm no longer able to log into and use the email associated with my Sims3 game. As a result, I cannot upload or download CC. In order to download or upload, I must register the game but I cannot as it's already been registered using my hijacked email. I since made a new account on the Sims3 site since I cannot access the first one (and obviously cannot have a pw reset email sent) Is there anyway to have my game registered to my new account?
