Electronic download request

Hello,

I have just recently purchased the The Sims 3 University Life. However, I was not able to download the file and save it onto my desktop. I was wondering if it is possible that the electronic download could be resent to me?

This area is for Sim CITY game, not the Sims.  Might want to try another area to post.

As pointed out, this is for SimCity. But if you got the game through Origin, what applies for SC also applies for Sims or any other game bought through Origin.

1. Download the Origin client at http://www.origin.com/download
2. Install the client
3. Open the client
4. Login to the client using the account you used when you bought the game
5. Find the game under "all games"
6. Press download

The Sims hasn't been pointed to AHQ yet like a lot of EA games. They still do their AHQ stuff on their own forums.

The Sims is on AHQ you silly duffa, you just can't find it because it is hidden away where no one can find it. LOLOLOL.
