Downloaded items from the store

Hello - I purchased an item from the Sims Store with sim points, downloaded it like I'm supposed it, and it says it's installed in Buy Mode, but the game won't let me access it in Buy Mode...I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get the purchased item. I try to buy it again and it says I am already entitled to it, but it won't put it in the room... help?

It was a computer in Buy Mode - it was just blocked off solid red for about 12 hours. It just now cleared up though. Thanks for replying

Do you not see it in Buy Mode or what do you mean by won't let me access it ?

What is it you bought and do you have other store items ?
