I just bought this and did the whole thing in Google Chrome, then it wouldn't download. I opened up all the same pages again in Firefox and reentered the code but the screen is telling me the code is already redeemed.

@mishjr Do you already have Sims 3 base game? Also the worlds can be downloaded from your purchase history after logging in with the same account you used to redeem the code on Chrome. The purchase history can be accessed on the following page after logging in: http://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

No, I don't have base game, I thought this was the base game! Do I need to purchase a base game?
Also I tried to download it from purchase history but it said: The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly.
Is it because I don't have the base game I wonder?

@mishjr Please contact an Advisor and they can check what can be done:
1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.
