Download Problems

i just purchased aurora skies from the sims 3 store today however it refuses to let me download i checked my log and it says "Download manifest server error". i also can't download 3 other items i bought after that. however i quit and played for a little bit went back and bought a couch and that downloaded perfectly. i don't understand why the others won't download. i have the updated game version and everything help please!

@elupo23  Are you trying to download from the store purchase history? Do the items appear in your store purchase history?

yes they appear in the purchase history and I've tried downloading them from there as well as there individual sale page.
