Continuous..Service failures

Having manor issues with Sims 3 seasons every since it has been loaded in and the new update has been installed I have been suffering with failures from the launcher page...   It seems to be using just under 1 gb of ram to even load up the launcher.. Have uninstalled every thing twice and reinstalled it ensuring that there are no left over registry data any where!

I have no cC installed... (only downloads from Sims 3 site) 

have more than enough ram 3.6 gb and harddrive space 200gb have run DXDiag and got following results

Different ones every time I run it most common two are....0x024e424f and 0x039e8474 have followed the instructions on the link and uninstalled and reinstalled and have recently started getting a code 0x0175d824 have all expantition packs on disks  don't know what to do now?
